3. Food Safety and Consumption

4. Orders and Payment

5. Refunds and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of food products, all sales are final once the order has been fulfilled.
Refunds or replacements may be issued solely at the discretion of the Company in cases involving verified order errors or product defects. Requests must be made promptly and accompanied by proof of purchase.
6. Gift Cards and Promotional Offers
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except as required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Forsyth County, North Carolina.
14. Severability
